Day-to-day use takes just a few seconds. To start and end work, tapping a card is enough; for a break or a leave you first pick a button, then tap the card. The screen colour confirms straight away that everything is fine.
The four buttons on the device
Besides tapping a card, the device has four buttons for different kinds of leave:
Break— the start and end of a break during the workday.
Official— leaving the premises on an official task.
Private— a private leave during the workday.
Exit— leaving work, the end of the workday.
Starting work — just tap your card
Tap your card on the device.
When the green screen appears, the action is recorded and valid — you can start working.
Break, leaves and end of work — button first, then card
For a break, any leave, or the end of work, first pick a button, then tap your card:
On the screen, tap the button you want (Break, Official, Private, or — for the end of work — Exit).
Wait for the screen to change — this means the device accepted your choice.
Tap your card.
The green screen confirms the action is recorded.
End of work: press Exit, wait for the screen to change, then tap your card.
What the screen colour means
Green screen — all good. Your action was recorded successfully.
Red screen — the action was not recorded. There are two possible reasons:
The card wasn't recognised — it's invalid or not in the system. Ask your administrator to check your card.
The same action is repeated — you're trying to record an action you already recorded (e.g. starting work twice in a row). Two identical actions in a row aren't possible.
Multiple shifts and overnight work
Within a single day you can start and end work several times — the system records each shift. It's equally fine to start work on one calendar day and finish on another (e.g. a night shift). The system will show this correctly in the reports.
